• The sealed platform is constructed of hardwood plies cross-banded for maximum strength.
• All edges are banded with hardwood veneer to seal pores of end grain plies and prevent moisture penetration and eliminate the hiding places for bed bugs.
• The surface is treated with a polyurethane finish system that consists of a sealer coat and subsequent topcoat applied with an automated finish appliance to assure uniform coverage and to prevent finish runs.
